Dear Sir/Madame

I'll keep my objections short and sweet. Quite simply a big no to all proposals, they're draconian and ill thought out that do nothing to enrich or enhance the lives of the Welsh people.

The Senedd should be limited on its overreach and power, 96 would be an abuse of that. All other sections that co-opt this are utterly ridiculous and a waste of money and time for mere posturing and over complication.

These proposals should be scrapped immediately, I will NEVER vote Labour again simply for its debacles in the last 12 months but this is the icing on the cake.
